Step1:Soak glutinous rice, walnuts, lotus seeds and peanuts for an hour in advance. Take a bowl. Spread a layer of butter on the inside of the bowl. First spread some dried mixed fruits. Then spread a layer of glutinous rice. Then spread a layer of honey beans and other fruits evenly. Spread the remaining glutinous rice on the peas. Flatten with a spoon.
Step2:Finally, spread the white sugar on the glutinous rice. Add some water. The water is slightly higher than the glutinous rice. Put into a high-pressure boiler. Steam for 40 minutes.
Step3:Take out the bowl after steaming. Pour it on the plate. Sprinkle white sesame seeds and pour with a little osmanthus sauce.
