This food is easy to make but it tests patience
Step1:Soak the glutinous rice in advance for one night and wash the salted duck eggs. The side dishes can be added according to your favorite things. My side dishes are sausages, corn and sweet beans (sausages, chopped corn and sweet beans, blanched, poured in the glutinous rice soaked in advance, added with four spoonfuls of soy sauce, colored, stirred and prepared
Step2:Tap the salted duck egg and cut it with scissors. Don't fry it too much. Please refer to my picture. Then pour out the egg white, leave the yolk in it, and then pour in the glutinous rice. Don't fill it up, because the steamed glutinous rice will increase by 70%
Step3:Put the steamer in high heat and steam for 30 minutes, change to low heat and steam for 10 minutes, then you can eat it
