Step5:Stir fried meat with hot oi
Step6:Add eggplant, ginger, star anise and some garlic cloves, and stir fry them
Step7:Pour in the salted eggs. Add a spoonful of dried mom (not too much to damage the color of eggplant skin). Because the eggs are salty enough, there is no need to put salt.
Step8:Stir fry the eggplant until it feels transparent. Put the onion and stir fry it for a few times to make the pot.
