Spicy. My favorite dish
Step1:Chop the chicken into small pieces. Add some cooking wine, monosodium glutamate, salt, pepper, sugar, an egg and starch. Marinate for ten minutes.
Step2:Slice the ginger and garlic.
Step3:Soak the pepper in water for a while. Take it out and cut it into small pieces for use.
Step4:Heat the fried chicken until it's 60% hot. Take it out when it's done. Then heat the oil to 80% hot. Fry again.
Step5:Take out the fried chicken pieces for later use.
Step6:Add ginger, garlic, pepper and pepper to the oil pot in turn and stir.
Step7:Put in the fried chicken. Add some soy sauce and stir fry. Add some white sesame seeds before leaving the pot.
