If the color is too fast, or the cake cracks, adjust it 5 to 10 degrees lower. If the color is not enough, adjust it appropriately. Do not open the oven during the baking process. Avoid the influence of temperature instability on cake embryo climbing.
Step9:Take out the roasted bottom embryo and shake it. Cut a piece of oil absorption paper longer than the bottom embryo and spread it on the baking net. Carry the oil absorption paper on both sides of the bottom embryo and move the bottom embryo to the side of the baking net. Buckle the bottom embryo on the baking net downward. Tear the oil absorption paper adhered to the bottom embryo. Do not throw away the torn oil paper. Cover the bottom embryo to prevent its surface from drying. Cooking tips:When mixing egg yolk and protein, you must turn it from the bottom to the top. The action should be light. Don't overkill the egg yolk when it's being sent. Control the temperature during the baking process to prevent the bottom embryo from cracking. Before the cream is being sent, it must be put in the refrigerator.
