Step1:Wash the oysters with clear water and put them aside with a dish. Put some clear water in the pot. Boil the water and put the oysters in the pot for 3 minutes, then remove them and put them in cold water. Then remove them and drain them for use.
Step2:Cut the onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, vegetable pepper and onion for standby. Because of the hurry of time, I forgot to take a picture of the onion. Garlic rice and ginger need not be cut too much, which helps to remove the smell.
Step3:Heat the oil in the pot. Use salt to prevent the oil from splashing on yourself. When the oil is hot, pour in the garlic. Stir fry the ginger in golden color (as shown in the picture), then pour in the millet pepper. Stir the vegetables and peppers together.
Step4:Because the color of pepper I use is similar to that of millet pepper, so it's a little difficult to distinguish them in the picture.
Step5:Stir fry oysters for 2 minutes. Pour in rice wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce and seasoning. Don't put water in this period, because cooking wine has replaced water.
Step6:Pour in the onion and stir fry for about 5 minutes. Put in the seasoned vegetables. Then put in the onion and stir fry for several times.
Step7:Such an appetizing stir fried oyster is out of the pot. It has all colors and flavors.
