Step1:Wash lettuce leaves and blanch for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat. Drain.
Step2:Prepare 4 cloves of garlic (I used one. This time I bought just one head of garlic with 4 cloves). Peel it and cut it into pieces.
Step3:Start the pot. Heat the garlic in oil and stir fry until the garlic is fragrant. Add in the soy sauce, oil and water. Boil over low heat and add in sugar.
Step4:Put the plate. Pinch the leaves a little while. Squeeze out the excess water. Then pour in the boiled soup.
