Every new year's day, we make pig blood balls. It's an indispensable meal in our family. Then I go out after the Spring Festival. My parents always bring pig blood balls and all kinds of wax.
Step1:Pig blood balls, bacon and water bamboo heads are washed and cut as shown in the picture.
Step2:Put the water in the pot. Put the bacon and pig blood balls into the pot until the water boils.
Step3:Drain the water and pour it out.
Step4:Put a small amount of oil in the pot.
Step5:Stir fry the head of water bamboo and put some salt in it, stir well.
Step6:Pour in bacon and pork blood balls and stir fry for 1 minute.
Step7:Stir fry the chili powder for 1 minute to get out of the pot.
Step8:The water bamboo head absorbs the oil juice of bacon. A big bite is full of satisfaction.
Step9:You can eat two bowls of rice at a time.
Cooking tips:Some of the bacon at home will be salty. It will taste better when it's over water. It will also reduce the saltiness. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
