My favorite dish is tofu. So I often cook it at home. Super simple quick Kwai. Share with your friends. If you don't omit the numbness. (๑•ั็ω•็ั๑)
Step1:Prepare a piece of old tofu. Wash and use kitchen paper to absorb the excess water.
Step2:Cut tofu into small pieces for use. Finely chop the ginger and garlic.
Step3:Stir fried ginger and garlic in oi
Step4:Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir fry the red oi
Step5:Add a proper amount of hot water (less than half the amount of tofu). Add some fresh soy sauce. The water here is best heated to avoid fryer injury.
Step6:Boil the water and pour into the tofu and cook for 3 minutes. In order to avoid sticking the pot, gently move it.
Step7:Add water to mix the sweet potato starch and make a water starch for standby. Don't be too thick. I make a scoop of starch by myself and put 3 scoops of water.
Step8:It's about the time to boil. Pour in the starch and heat to collect the juice. Add a little salt. Chicken essence. No more salt. Both the soy sauce and the soy sauce taste salty. Don't add too much water lake powder here. It will paste into a lump and affect the taste..
Step9:Sprinkle pepper noodles or pepper oil on the pot, and then sprinkle with scallion.
Cooking tips:If you can't get used to the smell of beancurd, you can cut the tofu into pieces and blanch it before cooking. The tofu I bought after I moved is delicious, so I omitted this step (I don't like the old tofu, I can choose the tender tofu. It's not so good at the end. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
