The tea flavored quail eggs cooked by myself are really delicious for breakfast. -
Step1:Wash the quail egg white. Put cold water into the pot. Boil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove and soak in cold water.
Step2:Take another deep pot. Pour in pure water. Put in star anise, cinnamon and black tea bag. Boil for 10 minutes.

Step8:Bring to a boil over high heat. Turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat. After natural cooling, cover the pot and refrigerate for more than 4 hours.
