My constitution is relatively wet. I usually like porridge made by job's tears. Job's tears have whitening effect, so I love it more.
Step1:Wash and soak the rice and job's tears for 8 hours, and then wash and reserve the red date
Step2:The porridge I cook in ordinary pot. You can choose high-pressure pot, electric high-pressure pot, etc
Step3:Put rice, job's tears, red dates and water (10 times the amount of rice) into the pot. Heat it up. Turn it down when the pot is boiling
Step4:Cover it. Cook it in 30-40 minutes. Job's tears are not cooked well, so it takes a long time
Cooking tips:1. The amount of water is 10 times of that of rice. The porridge is neither thin nor thick. 2. No matter what porridge you cook, you'd better soak the rice for 8-12 hours ~ the porridge is good to drink and time-saving to cook.
