It's a regular dish. It's a perfect match for cooking noodles. I didn't use a single garlic in the whole process. You can try it if you don't like garlic. It's full of color, fragrance and taste.

Step11:Turn off the fire. Install the tray. It's a good match to eat directly or boiled noodles.
Cooking tips:It's better to marinate less salt, because there is salt in bean paste and hot pot bottom. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
