Step1:Wash the radish and cut it into long strips 1cm wide. Put in some salt and marinate for half an hour, then pour out the bitter water. Rinse and drain the water.
Step2:Ginger, garlic, lemon, pickled peppers and spicy millet. Cut them and put them into a bowl for later use.
Step3:Pour salt, sugar, pepper, white vinegar, pickled pepper water, purified water or cold boiled water into the bowl and stir well.
Step4:Put in the pickled and drained radish strips. Stir properly.
Step5:Sealed in a bottle. Refrigerate for a day.
