Cooking Steps

   Step1:Wash the Chinese toon head bought or collected for us

   Step2:Boil the water in the pot. Put in the boiled water of the cleaned toon until it turns green. Take it out. Chop it

   Step3:Put the chopped Chinese toon into the egg liquid. Add some salt. Stir evenl

   Step4:Heat the oil in the pot at 80% of the temperature. Pour in the mixed toon egg mixture. Fry until golden on the surface
