Kelp filaments is one of the main seaweeds cultured in China. Its output ranks first in the world. It is rich in nutrients. In particular, fucoidan in kelp is a special ingredient absolutely not found in all land vegetables. Step1:Soak kelp silk in water. Rinse it clean. Cut it short for convenience.
