Step1:Cut chicken liver into proper size. Remove congestion and mucous membrane as much as possible.
Step2:Boil in water. Add chicken liver and blanch until discolored.

Step4:Add all spices to the pot.
Step5:Put in the chicken liver.
Step6:Make an inner cover out of tin paper. Cook over medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
