Step1:1. Dice the sausage. Wash and drain the green peas. 2. Wash the rice and put it into the pot. Shake it with water. The vertical distance from the water to the rice plane is about the length of the first knuckle of the index finger. After adding water, sprinkle the sausage and green pea evenly. 3. Add lard after medium heat for 5 minutes. Cover the pot and simmer until it's low. Keep boiling. Simmer for 15 minutes until the rice is cooked. Open the lid and let out the heat. Simmer for another 5 minutes. 4. Remove the lid of the pot. Pour in the soy sauce evenly. Stir the rice with chopsticks and simmer for 3 minutes.
