Step10:After exhausting, divide the dough into three equal parts of the same weight and cover with plastic wrap. The third part is to make the second fermentation toast uniform.
Step11:Take out a dough and roll it into a wide tongue shape. Roll it evenly.
Step12:Roll it up and down. Close it up and down.
Step13:After flattening, roll it out for the second time. Roll it out evenly.
Step14:Roll up. I'd like to say here. The toast I made today is actually made with coconut stuffing. If the interested babies want to add coconut stuffing, you can roll it out again, lay a layer of coconut stuffing and roll it up. (coconut stuffing ingredients - 70g coconut, 2 yolks, 30g sugar and 40g butter. Mix them well). If you don't want to add coconut stuffing, just look down.
