Cooking Steps

   Step1:Stewed chicken gizzards made by oneself and bought from pickled mustar

   Step2:Stir fried ginger and garlic with hot oi

3. 

   Step3:Pour in chicken gizzards and mustar

4. 

   Step4:It's all vegetables, so you only need to stir fry them quickly and evenly over high heat

   Step5:When I was a kid, I used to like stir fried chicken gizzards with pickled mustard, but generally stir fried raw chicken gizzards. They taste more chewy.
