Sour and spicy radish is my favorite. The whole process from selecting white radish to making it into sour radish is pleasant. Sour and spicy radish with chicken gizzard. Radish acid light into the chicken gizzard. Taste seconds can not be said.
Step1:Choose a white radish. Peel. Slice. The size and thickness of radish slices need to be different depending on the curing time. Prepare the pickled radish juice. A small amount of ginger and garlic. Cut them into pieces. Put them into a bowl and pour in the right amount of Capsicum. Put in the right amount of salt. Pour in the right amount of rice vinegar. Mix the ingredients evenly. Pour in the cut radish. Mix the radish and the ingredients evenly. Cover them well. Marinate them for 2 hours. Then open them for standby.
Step2:Wash the chicken gizzard and slice it. Cut the ginger, garlic and green peppers. Take out the sour peppers for standby.
Step3:Hot pot. Pour in some oil. Fry ginger, garlic and capsicum
Step4:Put in chicken gizzard. Fry for a while. Put in some salt. Stir fry until the highest temperature in the pot. Put in some cooking wine. Stir fry

Step6:Put in the cut green peppers. Stir fry them for a while. The pickled radish doesn't need to be salted again.
Step7:A delicious chicken gizzard with pickled radish is ready.
Cooking tips:The pickled radish needs to be made by hand and pickled for at least 2 hours, so it needs to be prepared in advance. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
