Step3:1. [streaky pork] - after cutting, add a spoonful of cooking wine, put in ginger, put in pepper, sprinkle half a packet of steamed meat flour, mix evenly, add some water. Steamed meat flour is dry flour, add a small amount of water. It's better to mix, and the steamed flour is not so dry; 2. [potatoes] - Peel and cut. Soak for 15 minutes, remove starch, put in another bowl, add the remaining steamed meat flour, mix well. If the potato has water, it's OK There's no need to add extra water. Anyway, the steamed meat powder should be able to wrap the whole potato. 3. [combine two into one] Chapter - the potato code is at the bottom. The streaky pork is sandwiched with chopsticks one by one. Cover the potato surface.
Step4:I didn't marinate this time. Mix it up and steam it. Add enough cold water in the high-pressure boiler. Cover the cover and air valve. Start the fire first. Turn the water on (after the air valve makes a loud noise). Turn on the middle fire. Start the timing. 45 minutes. Turn off the fire. Wait for the air valve to fall out of the boiler (after the air is discharged). Sprinkle with scallion.
