I'm far away from home. I miss the bamboo shoots planted by my grandparents very much. I finally have them. There's no spicy bean paste from my hometown. You can still eat delicious ribs and stewed bamboo shoots in another way
Step1:Peel and wash the winter bamboo shoots. Cut the hob. Blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes and remove.
Step2:Chop the spareribs (you can use the water to remove the blood. I use the raw ones to stir fry them directly).
Step3:Sliced ginger and garlic, diced red onion, dried pepper, prickly ash, star anise, cinnamon and a little sugar.
Step4:Put in the oil in the hot pot. Add the above seasoning and stir fry.
Step5:Stir fry the ribs to make them smell good.
Step6:Add asparagus, salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir fry evenly, cover and simmer for 5 minute
Step7:Add water but not ingredients. Add fresh red pepper after boiling. (small red pepper must be added at this time. It will be delicious and spicy) turn to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step8:Add in the red lantern and stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step9:Start the pot and serve the plate. Take out your cell phone and take a picture. OK. Let's enjoy it.
