There's a diet. Less oil, healthy, delicious
Step1:Add minced meat to cooking wine, salt, pepper and purified water and stir vigorously for us
Step2:Chop up the scallion, ginger and garlic for us
Step3:Wash eggplant and steam in steamer for 20 minute
Step4:Tear the pot into small strip
Step5:Put a little oil in the pot. Stir fry the minced meat
Step6:Stir fry with chopped green onion and ginge
Step7:Pour in the soy sauce, old soy sauce, oyster sauce, steamed fish and soy sauce. Add some water. Turn off the heat when it's hot. Put some chili if you like
Step8:Pour the stir fried ingredients into the eggplant strips. Just stir well
Step9:The healthy eggplant with less oil is ready. It's delicious and can't stop
