May is the season when flowers bloom. It's also the season when people in Western Shaanxi eat rice with Sophora flowers. I didn't know why it's called rice before. I didn't know until later. It turns out that it's rice made of flour. Most of the rice eaten by northerners are pasta.
Step1:Wash and drain sophora flower. (note - the flower buds that are not open are the best. The taste is crisp and the fragrance is strong. Select the flowers, branches and leaves that have already opened
Step2:Add some flour. It's better to add it twice. It's better to mix it well. Make each locust flower dip in flour.

Step4:Steam on steamer for 10 minute
