Soak the glutinous rice two hours in advance. The two ends of the lotus root are kept as covers.
Step1:Soak the glutinous rice. Peel the lotus root. Prepare the lollipop, jujube and brown sugar. Put the sugar according to your taste.
Step2:Cut the lotus root and turn around (or both sides). Fill in the glutinous rice. Connect it with chopsticks.
Step3:Tie your head with a toothpick (don't throw the head you cut off before. I've thrown it away and it's not blocked
Step4:Add water to the pressure cooker (or rice cooker) without lotus root. Put in the lollipop, brown sugar and jujube. Press the cooking button to boil.
Step5:Deflate the autoclave. Open it and take the lotus root out to air.
Step6:Slice and set the plate. Like to eat sweet honey.
