Yesterday I learned in Zhuang Zuyi's book single side fried fish method , so today I'm eager to fry one. It's really easy to use.
Step1:Drain tilapia into the freezer and defrost slowly. Then dry the surface. Apply salt, pepper and thyme on both sides.
Step2:Heat the oil in a non stick pan over medium heat. Turn down the heat and put the fish fillet. The frying time is controlled according to the thickness of the fish fillet. From translucent to slightly white when frying to the upper layer of the fish fillet. The lower layer of the fish fillet is golden yellow. If the steak is thin, fry it over a slightly larger fire.
Step3:Turn the fish fillet upside down. Turn off the fire. Cover it for 30 seconds. Fry the fish.
Step4:Boil 500g water. Pour coconut milk powder and curry into it after boiling. Melt and mix well. Pour into the pot and boil to collect the juice. When the soup becomes slightly thick, it is OK. Pour into the plate.
Step5:Stir fry the vegetables. Put them in the middle of the plate. Spread the fish on the vegetables. It's done. The edge of the plate can be decorated with a few drops of cream.
Cooking tips:Curry soup is for dipping into steamed bread. It can also be changed into fish soup or pumpkin soup. Those vegetable grains can also be replaced or omitted. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
