Yesterday I learned in Zhuang Zuyi's book single side fried fish method , so today I'm eager to fry one. It's really easy to use.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Drain tilapia into the freezer and defrost slowly. Then dry the surface. Apply salt, pepper and thyme on both sides.

  2. Step2:Heat the oil in a non stick pan over medium heat. Turn down the heat and put the fish fillet. The frying time is controlled according to the thickness of the fish fillet.
