Step1:Wash the spareribs. Blanch to remove the blood. Drain. Prepare garlic, ginger and other small ingredients.
Step2:Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the hot pot. Then put in the lollipop. Cook slowly over low heat. Wait until the sugar turns golden.
