Step1:Boil the noodles in salted water, cool water, drain and set aside.
Step2:Fry the chicken shreds in hot oil for 3 minutes. Put in some sweet bean paste. Remove and set aside.
Step3:Stir fry onion, garlic, chili powder, pumpkin slices and celery stem segments over medium heat for 7 minutes.

Cooking tips:1. Sweet bean paste is a kind of seasoning for Indian food. The color is darker. Because there is sugar in it, it tastes sweet. It can be replaced by ordinary sweet sauce. 2. Asian egg noodles can be used instead of European noodles. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
