Step1:Cut cucumber and carrot into strips and marinate for 10 minutes. Blanch spinach after boiling in water. Cut sausage into strips.
Step2:Beat up the eggs and add a little salt to the pan and fry them into pancakes. Slice them.
Step3:Hot rice with a tablespoon of sushi vinegar (sugar and vinegar can also be used instead), salt and white sesame mix well.
Step4:Put a piece of laver on the chopping board, with the smooth side facing down. Lay a layer of rice on the laver, with the thickness of about 0.5cm. Leave a distance of 23cm on the top. Use a spoon to compact the rice and place the materials on it in turn.
Step5:Roll it up. While rolling, compact it by hand. It can also be rolled on the sushi curtain.
Step6:Cut it into 1 cm thick plates, and then eat it.
