Step1:Mix the chopped shrimps and pork stuffing. Add in cooking oil. Beat up the eggs, then put them in the pot and quickly fry them into pieces. Mix the three and set aside. Wash and cut mushrooms into pieces and mix with the former. Add ginger powder, chicken essence and salt to taste.
