Step1:Wash the gizzard. Cook it to the soft and hard degree you like. Then cut it into pieces. I like crispy ones. Cut the green and red peppers into circles. Cut the garlic into section

Step3:Mix in some salt, chicken essence and raw soy sauce, stir well and then out of the pot. You can put the fried chicken gizzards in the dry pot. Lay the chopped onion shreds on the bottom of the dry pot, and then add solid alcohol to make the chicken gizzards. The onion shreds will soften a little water during the heating process, so you are not afraid to dry them.
