Step1:Prepare materials.
Step2:Peel the potatoes and use the hob. Wash the long eggplant and remove it to the bottom. Take the skin to cut the hob. Cut green and red peppers into triangles.

Cooking tips:◎ eggplant and potatoes will not absorb much oil when they are turned in microwave oven. And the time of the explosion is much shorter. Water lake powder can be made up of 5g corn starch and 30ml water. This is a quick fire dish. So it is better to deploy the sauce in advance. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
