It's getting cold. Make a simple and Nutritious Nourishing Soup.
Step1:One green bird chicken (only half of it is used after boiling).
Step2:Cut the chicken into small pieces, put them into cold water and boil them, then remove them and wash them.
Step3:Put the quick and well soaked Houtou mushroom, Huagu mushroom and Xianggu mushroom into the steam pot. Add two pieces of Astragalus, six pieces of ginger, and proper amount of cooking wine, salt and pepper.
