My father-in-law and mother-in-law often go to the teahouse for tea. They like to eat dachshund rolls. I wanted to make them myself. I didn't think it was better than the tea house.

Step2:Soak the sausage in warm water for a few minutes. Then remove the white coat from the sausage. Set aside.
Step3:After the flour wakes up, knead it and divide it into four small dough. Knead each dough into thick long strips. Wrap the long strips around the sausage. Place for 10 minutes and continue to knead.
Step4:Fill the pot with water and put it on the steaming drawer. After boiling the water, put the sausage roll on the steaming drawer. Steam it for 15 minutes, then turn off the fire. Stew it for 3 minutes and then cover it. The fragrant sausage roll is a success.
Cooking tips:You can use all the milk, but you must heat it up. It's better to put a piece of cloth on the steaming drawer to make dishes.
