Step1:The quail eggs are boiled and shelled. The meat stuffing is ready for use.
Step2:Put an egg, rice wine, cornstarch, salt, sugar, ginger powder, onion powder, soy sauce, a little old soy sauce, pepper powder and a little water into the meat stuffing and stir well.
Step3:The quail eggs are wrapped with meat stuffing and rubbed into large meatballs.
Step4:It's OK to fry the meatballs in the oil pan with 80% heat. Many recipes are wrapped in breadcrumbs. I like pure meatballs without this one.
Step5:Serve hot with ketchup or a dip of your own.
