I bought a can of coconut milk before. I thought about how to make black rice and coconut milk cake every day. But I didn't find it on the bean and fruit menu for half a day. Step1:Black rice is hard to ripen, so make it one night in advance. Then put it into the steamer together with the soaked water, steam it until it is soft and ready for use.
Step2:Put the gilding tablet in ice water and soak it.
Step3:Mix coconut milk, white sugar and milk, then put them into the milk pot and heat it up. Take care to stir it from time to time to prevent the skin.
Step4:When the coconut milk liquid has bubbles and boils, add in the drained water of the soft gilding tablets. Stir until the gilding tablets melt and turn off the fire.
Step5:Cool the coconut milk and add the cream. Stir well. Pour into the mold. Refrigerate in the refrigerator for about an hour to make it slightly set.
Step6:Take out the slightly solidified solution one hour later. Add the steamed black rice into the solution. Stir well and continue to refrigerate. It will be demoulded in 4 hour
Cooking tips:1. Before the solution is put into the mold, remember to wrap a layer of plastic film or tin paper under the mold. Otherwise, it is not easy to demould. 2. The best way to add black rice is to freeze the solution for about an hour. Otherwise, it will sink completely. It's not good. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
