This is the menu that comes with shopping in the supermarket. Vegan pasta. Color, taste and nutrition.
Step1:Wash and peel all ingredients. Cut into small pieces.
Step2:Heat in a pot. Add olive oil. Pour in chopped garlic and onion slices. Saute.
Step3:Continue to add small pumpkin pieces. Diced carrots. Stir fry until the pumpkin is soft. Crush it with a spoon. This process takes about five minutes.
Step4:Add small pieces of tomatoes. Stir fry the green corn beans. At this time, add tomato sauce and seaman's sauce. (this is my seaman's sauce. It's light in taste. If it's heavy in taste, salt is needed.
Step5:Cook the noodles in another pot. Add some water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add the spiral noodles. Add some olive oil and salt. Cook for about six minutes until there is no hard core in the noodles. Just take out the water.
Step6:The sauce in the pot can be boiled until the tomato has no obvious shape. Sprinkle salt and black pepper. Pour in the cooked spiral noodles and mix well to turn off the fire.
Step7:Take it out and sprinkle it with chopped basil.
Cooking tips:1. If the pumpkin is too hard, put it in the microwave for a minute or two before you put it into the pot. The sauce tastes better. 2. You can choose seasonal vegetables by yourself. 2. The original recipe is to add basil to the sauce for seasoning. But there is already basil in the seaman's sauce. I just use Basil as decoration. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
