It's a hot day recently. My wife and son have caught a cold. So I stewed a pot of Chicken Soup for my family to replenish qi and blood.
Step1:About 1000 grams of grass chicken. Cut into small pieces and soak in water. I used a chicken thigh and claws here.
Step2:Slice ginger and angelica for standby.

Step4:Put some ginger slices and scallion into the cold water pot, then boil it over high heat.

Step6:Then transfer the chicken flying over the water into the prepared pressure cooker. Add the auxiliary materials, boiled water and a little vinegar. Be sure not to put cold water here. If you use cold water, it will make the surface of chicken quickly cool and harden.
Step7:Stew chicken soup for 30 minutes first, then add yam and stew for about 20 minutes, and finally add some salt to taste. The stewed chicken with Angelica is finished. It's delicious for nourishing qi and beauty.
