If there are Japanese curry pieces, it's easy to make a pot of curry rice.
Step1:Stew a pot of rice. Wash and cut potatoes, carrots and onions. Wash and drain the frozen shrimps. Put oil in the pan. Stir fry the onion, carrot, potato and shrimp for three minutes. Add water and boil. Turn off the heat. Melt in curry. Simmer over low heat until the curry is thick and the vegetables are cooked.
Step2:Put a bowl of rice on the plate. Pour curry on the side. A curry rice with all colors and flavors is on the table.
