I got the formula of Guyuan cream by chance. I bought all the materials and tried to make them by myself. I accidentally made them. I'd like to share with you.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Smash the donkey hide gelatin. Soak it in yellow wine for 12 days. Stir fry the black sesame seeds. Wash the dates and wolfberry with water. Steam for 10 minutes. Prepare other auxiliary materials.

  2. Step2:Heat the Ejiao rice wine which has been soaked for two days in water and keep stirring. Let the Ejiao and the rice wine fully blend until the Ejiao rice wine liquid can pull out the silk when lifting the spoon. This process needs extreme patience. It will take about 3035 minutes.

  3. Step3:When the liquid of donkey hide gelatin yellow rice wine is fully fused, first put the brown sugar into the liquid of donkey hide gelatin. When the brown sugar is melted, add the longan, wolfberry, jujube, black sesame, walnut in turn. Stir vigorously and fully.

  4. Step4:Put it into the prepared mold, shape it, cool it, and then cover it with plastic film and refrigerate it for about 4 hours.

Cooking tips:1. When heating the donkey hide gelatin liquid with water separation, do not stir the liquid too much. Otherwise, the donkey hide gelatin liquid will stick on the edge of the pot and it is difficult to get together. 2. The pot for cooking donkey hide gelatin will stick a layer of gum.
