Step1:Cut the chicken gizzard in the middle. Remove the edge and slice. Cut the pepper into the shape as shown in the figure. Add oil in the pot. Pour in the onion and the thirteen spice sauce respectively. Pour in the sliced chicken gizzards. Stir fry and add salt, sugar and chili sauce. Continue to stir fry. Add cumin powder before leaving the pot.
