This is the porridge that I often cook in my dormitory. It's nutritious. It's good to do. It's more suitable for students to stay.
Step1:Soak black beans, red beans and lotus seeds all nigh
Step2:Put cold water in the pot. Put the black beans, red beans and lotus seeds soaked overnight into the pot and boil them. (because I use the rice cooker and make it for one person, so it doesn't count the weight.
Step3:When the pot is open, put the washed black rice, white rice and red dates into the pot.
Step4:After about 1 hour, put the raisins and oatmeal into the pot. Continue to cook. (oatmeal is better. You can put it later.
Step5:About another 12 hours. When it's very thick, you can get out of the pot. I'll go with some olives. It's really refreshing.
