Step1:Wash and drain fresh oysters and set on a plate.
Step2:Chop the garlic. Heat the oil pan over medium low heat. Pour the garlic into the pan and stir fry (be careful of oil explosion). Stir fry until golden.
Step3:Add some oil and sugar to the fried garlic and mix well, then spread it on the oyster. Turn around the edge of the plate and pour in some soy sauce.
Step4:Boil the water in the steamer and steam for 8 minutes.
Step5:Sprinkle with Scallion at last.
