Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Beef intestines are marinated with wine, soy sauce and oyster sauce.

2. 

   Step2:Cut the long onion obliquely. Slice the cabbage. Cut the leek about 6cm. Cut the Flammulina mushroom at the bottom. Cut the tofu into small pieces.

3. 

   Step3:Sliced garlic and ginger. Sliced chili.

4. 

   Step4:Put all the ingredients in the pot and put the leek on the top.

5. 

   Step5:Put on the lid. Open the fire and boil it.
