I love the food made of glutinous rice since I was a child. I am so nostalgic for the taste of Ciba.
Step1:Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in cold water for several hours. Put it into the rice cooker. Add half of the water to cook the rice.
Step2:The cooked glutinous rice. Heat it up, add ginger, a spoon of salt and chicken essence. The glutinous rice is so hot that I knead it with gloves. Knead more to make the glutinous rice firmer.
Step3:I like spicy Ciba. I can knead it with some chili sauce. It's also delicious. Put the kneaded glutinous rice into the oiled plate. Lay about two centimeters thick. Cut into one size squares with a knife. Leave for a few hours.
Step4:Add oil to the milk pot. Heat it up. Fry the glutinous rice in the oil. Turn over with chopsticks halfway. Fried two golden. Crispy Ciba can be made into a pot.
