Step1:A clean pot. Bake the white sesame first.
Step2:Wash the chicken, marinate it with salt, soy sauce and cooking wine for 15 minutes, then wash and cut the onion and garlic, peel and slice the ginger.
Step3:Peel and cut potatoes. Cut green and red peppers. Pat and peel garlic. Prepare anise and dried peppers.
Step4:Stir fry ginger and garlic with a little oil.
Step5:Stir fry the chicken evenly. Turn the medium heat to force the chicken out of the oil.
Step6:Another pot. Fry potatoes in less oil.
Step7:Potatoes, star anise and dried peppers.
Step8:Stir fry the chili. Add it to the meat.
Step9:Stir fried onion and garlic.
Step10:It's always on medium heat. Drive out the oil. If it's a little sticky, add a little water. Stir fry everything together. Add cooked sesame seeds at last. Finish.
