Winter is a season for storing cabbage. Because I prefer vegetarianism, vegetable fried cabbage is my favorite ~ office workers and lazy people learn it!
Step1:Prepare ingredients - cut the cabbage. Separate the leaves from the upper. Cut the cabbage into strips.
Step2:Prepare chopped scallion, garlic and dried pepper; mix the sauce with raw sauce, sugar and vinegar.
Step3:Stir fry the peppers in a hot oil pan. Then put out the peppers. In order to make the oil more fragrant.

Step5:Stir fry the cabbage first, then put the cabbage leaves.
Step6:Add sauce. Stir fry for 3 minutes. If it's not salty enough, add salt.
Step7:Add water and starch to thicken the sauce. Heat to collect the sauce. Leave the pot and serve.
Cooking tips:1. Stir fry cabbage first. It's slower than the leaves; 2. Add salt after putting the sauce; 3. Vinegar is easy to evaporate. If the cooking time is a little long, drop vinegar before eating. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
