The season to eat taro. Its softness makes people feel steadfast. I bought a taro by the side of the road when I went home. I decided to try the texture with scallion. So we decided to bring some stewed pork with us.
Step1:Cut taro into pieces. It can be bigger.
Step2:Pepper is fragrant. Remove it.
Step3:Green onions are fragrant. Remove them.
Step4:Stir fried taro. Add some soy sauce.
Step5:Some oyster sauce.
Step6:Boil the horizontal taro.
Step7:Sprinkle salt flowers, vinegar and sesame oil beside the pot to improve the fragrance. Start the pot.
