Step1:Raw materials.
Step2:Cut tofu, tomato and some spinach.
Step3:Blanch tofu and spinach.
Step4:Stir fry the oil in the wok. Stir fry the garlic. Add some water, salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce and tofu.
Step5:Put in tomatoes and spinach and cook for a while.
Step6:Pour in water starch. Turn off the fire when the soup is thick. Pour in a little sesame oil.
Cooking tips:Spinach is just for the sake of color. And spinach has been blanched. There is almost no oxalic acid. You can leave it if you mind. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
