Step1:High gluten flour ~ corn flour ~ sugar ~ add them together with yeast ~ add cold water and volume ~ then add them to the flour ~ I add them in three times ~ knead the flour until it doesn't occupy my hands ~ put the dough into the container and ferment it to 1.5 ~ 2 times larger for about 1 to 2 hour
Step2:I can make steamed buns after the noodles are ready, and then rub them to make bubbles. It's the first time I've made them. They don't look good. They taste good. I've made some sausages. Kids love them
